My recommendations for anyone trying this...
- Stay hydrated - I hear coconut water is a great way to hydrate the body quickly. I am not a fan, if anyone finds a tasty way of consuming it let me know. (I thought about making ice cubes out of it and using it in smoothies but have yet to try it.)
- Don't wear yourself out on the same meals. Once you try a recipe you like incorporate some of your other favorite fruits and vegetables.
- Plan ahead. Make sure you have the time to make the meals or prep them. This will allow you to stick with it and not get frustrated easily.
